Psyco-man buff

Does anyone know if the psyco-man buff came out yet? Or what is it?

It is out, it just didn’t change much. I believe the only changes were that he had 2 seconds added to his heal block from his special 2, and 5.5 seconds added to the furies from the special 2, although I may have missed a small change in some other value.

It apparently did, changed basically nothing, nothing at all that would make someone who didn’t use him before use him now.
