Side Quest Cav Crystal Drop Rates

This month, I’ve noticed the cav crystals are a tad bit different than other months. Here’s what I’m talking about. These are this months’s drop rates:
At first glance, they seem a bit different than past crystals. So here’s what the January cav crystal looked like for reference:
Why the decrease for the drop rate? To my knowledge, there hasn’t been anything in the side quest info about changing the drop rates. Now, before someone says something, the number of shards it takes to buy the crystals doesn’t matter. We get the same amount of crystals no matter if it’s 2K, 4K, or even 8K. I just want some sort of clarification over if the change in drop rates were intentional and will be kept or if they’ll be changed
