Non-suicide friendly paths in act 7?

With the free masteries for a week, I've been trying to comple as much content in act 7 as possible. I normally run suicides [mainly for arena grinding for 6* shards].

Since I can change masteries for free for a week, I was wondering if anyone knows of paths in act 7.1-7.3 that are best if suicides are turned off [like heal-block, lanes that require spamming sp1 and sp2, energize etc]. Or conversely, lanes that are best suited for suicides [bonuses like if the attacker is suffering from poison, etc]. All variants are 100%.
