Hercules Immortality is Broken

So I have the Herc 5r5 awake. He is a beast. But I have had issues with his immortality completely failing, almost like a nullify effect. It happens mostly in AQ and see it in quests. Any class, any punch, any special 1 or 2 will either prevent it from activating or cancel it out while it is activated. It doesn’t happen all the time but enough to be annoying and have you staring at the screen with a “wtf”.
