Sorcerer Supreme or Elsa Bloodstone to R2?

Hi! I'm about to have the resources to R2 my second 6* and I really like playing with both Elsa and Sorcerer Supreme. They are both unawakened, but I have a mystic gem. Do you have any advice about who rank up between them? Or would it be better to rank up someone else? Thank you!
PS-I just become Cavalier, I play without "suicides" and I also have 6* R2 BWCV and 6* R1Hulk, Silver Surfer, Cull Obsidian, Jabari Panther, Blue Cyclops.
