Hercules sp2 stun duration & paradox debuffs

Herc usually has a 3 s stun debuff at the end of his sp2. With paradox debuffs, you get 30% debuff potency for each paradox. Shouldn't that duration increase with paradox?

For stun debuff, isn't its duration it's potency? I mean with 30% potency it's not like the defender is going to stun themselves more?

Potency only affects debuffs that have a scale and not those that are binary status with either/or
