I opened 13 5*s and 1 6* in less than 3 months on a new account and the best I got was a demi god tier, sort it out kabam you'd keep way more new players if you put something in place to look after the players who receive so many trash 5*s with a decent first 6* not like the meme character I got, frustrating to have 5 and 6*s but have to rely on 4* AA and Hercules to progress.
