Captain Britain Psylocke Synergy Bug

I've noticed that with the synergy between Captain Britain and Psylocke that crits are supposed to place a degeneration on the opponent that deals 50% of crit damage. The degeneration does not scale properly and was only dealing 58 damage per tick with a 5* r2 horseman Psylocke.
