AQ Map 5 bug. Mutants not granting Apoc charges either at start or end of fight

See video- Apoc should be getting charges from Mutant enemies but not happening at start or end of fights. This video is the 3rd Mutant fight in this AQ so definitely a bug

    Is it perhaps the mutant drones that aren’t giving you charges?
