Solo Event Black Cat and Scorpion availability

Is there somewhere we can get a version of both of these champs to get these points?
I don’t remember them saying we’d all get a 3* version of both, for example.

You can get those Champs from the Arena when it arrives (Remember that you can get both the 3 and 4-Star in the Milestones), but I also don't think it's necessary. You get a bunch of bonus points, but those Champs will constantly be on cooldown if you're using them. A nice bonus, but not a must.

so basically, by the time the arenas come out, i would think this objective would be done for most. Based on the normal schedule for arenas for new champs after featured is released for purchase in the unit store.
