Spidey-sense special quest not registering Duel wins

The Spidey-sense special quest states: "Win fights with Black Cat, Spider-Man (classic), Spider-Gwen, Spider-Man 2099, or Spider-Man (Miles Morales) in a Quest, Arena, Incursion or Duel." However, I have tried all champs except Black Cat, R5 and R4, and no wins via Duel are counting towards the quest. I have gone through 10 wins and still see no progression towards the quest. Is anyone else having this issue?
