Add a confirmation box to teleporters

Since the Alliance War redesign, some of the teleporter paths aren't in alphabetical order. We'll have A, B, C on the menu but on the map its A, C, B. Its not straight forward, pointlessly convoluted and there's no confirmation box once a selection is made and a teleport is attempted.
Add a confirmation box please.
