Getting same champion over and over

Hey kabam we are getting same champion since two months if crystal landing on new champion it's not stopping and stopping at old champion which we have already please check problem even in Nexus crystal i have 90000 5 star shards when I open i am not getting new champion not even human torch and ghost when it is landing on them pls fix this
