Missing Goldblum Rewards

I completed the Goldblum quest 100%. On the final screen where the rewards are shown, I took a screenshot to show my friends and my battery died at that point. When I went back in, all rewards were collected (I believe) except the 30x in total tier 4 class catalyst shard crystals. I've restarted my phone numerous times hoping to see them pop up. But nothing.

Please help!

well isnt that funny ....thats on kabams end not the phone it still should be there even after your phone died. Idk what else to tell you if kabam doesnt wanna fix it it wont be solved. Also always check on battery you never know when it could die.
