1 Gulk: Reason: cool Utility but bad damage Solution: just tune the Damage
2 IMIW: Reason Long Ramp up not a lot of damage: Solution: make his ramp up shorter and increase his base attack
3 VtD:Reason: Damage and Sustainability but 0 Utility and long ramp up: Solution shorten the ramp up and give this duck some utility
4 Goblin] Reason little utility and Damage] Solution Bump his aa and damage on d.o.t. and give him some heal control
