Are rank up gems bugged?

I can use the 3 to 4 generic gem on crossbones but no one else. Thought it was an issue that'd solve itself in a day or two but somehow it still exists after a week.

you can click on the gem either on that screen or item inventory screen and see what champs are able to be used. Wish it was like sig stones where it just showed you available champs in your roster but maybe that'll be available sometime in the future...

I think this is a 3rd world war game issues since the launch of rank up gems based on years the champions has released.

KABAM need to add tags based on year the champions has released. It would be a great addition of tags to observe which champions are from particular year & which champions is best suited for that particular year tag. That’s what they need to implement in order to tackle this issues causing amongst the newer or beginner MCOC summoners. I hope this will clear their mind.
