Legendary Crystal Bundle Refund

Hey guys I just accidentally bought the Legendary Crystal Bundle and hadn't realized that I had bought it and wanted to know if I can get a refund for my money (this happened because I put my phone in my back pocket without closing the app). When I logged onto the game later, I noticed I had a Legendary Crystal and opened it thinking I got it from sort of objective or quest reward. Once I logged off the game, I went into my email and saw a Google Play Receipt for $19.99 and freaked out. After looking into the receipt I realized that I had bought the Legendary Crystal Bundle. I filed a refund form on Google Play, but wanted to know if Kabam could refund me my money and take away all rewards I got from the bundle without any issues and/or conflict. Any advice or thoughts would help. Thank You.

They do not issue refunds for items/crystals consumed. They’ll also likely give you negative contest credits for using google play to issue you a refund. Negative contest credits will prevent you from using units until you pay them back for the refund by purchasing an equal amount of contest credits.

Do I have to purchase these credits using real money or can I pay it off with my in-game credits? Also If I hadn't opened the crystal would I have been refunded?

Yes, you can only pay off the debt with an in app purchase. If you had not used any of the items purchased they likely would have refunded you.

Sorry for asking to much I'm fairly new to the game but would I have to pay off the $20 in a single transaction or in multiple? Also, If I don't pay it off can I not buy anything with credits, including heals, revives, mastery cores, etc.?

I’m not sure if there are multiple tiers to pay off the debt over time or not. It might depend on how much you owe.

It prevents you from using units period, you will not be able to even use a single unit to add a point into a mastery requiring units let alone anything else.

Thanks for the help and knowledge. BTW I got 5* Agent Venom from the Legendary Crystal and am not sure if he's good for my team, my team is r4 4*s (Spider-Ham (duped), CAIW, Hyperion, and Ultron) as well as a r3 NightCrawler.

I would love to open my crystals, get **** pulls, then demand a refund claiming it’s a mistake.

(As much as I sympathize with you if it was a genuine mistake, allowing a refund for what happened is going to open a very big can of worms.)

Reflecting back to what happened, I completely agree. There is no proof to prove it was accidental and was a mistake from me to just open random crystals, and if refunds were allowed to opened crystals it would create a disaster for Kabam. (You said you would want a refund from **** champions, so does that mean Agent Venom sucks)
