CLX.0 Looking for active mature players

We are looking for 6+ players with map 3 and 4 experience. Our goal is to run map3 until we can move back to running map4 all week. The core group is mature, skilled fighters. We are all working towards t4cc in our progressions.
We'd rather an active 50-60k player with 2 or 3 4 star 4/40's who is regularly active and knows how to fight than another 150k member who checks AQ once or twice a day. But, we will not turn down a boss killer that just wants to relax and just run AQ/AW.
We run AW whenever it is up, and get about 350-400k for SA each week.
We don't set hard minimums for events, but expect basic participation. We do not require boss killers to participate in arena events at all, but do expect growing accounts to.
Donations are very small right now considering the maps we will run.
