How come my thread and the comments from others was deleted and removed without any answer regarding the questions asked ? Pretty poor customer service if there is any at all.

    Often times it's because it's something that is:
    1) Inappropriate
    2) Duplicate of another recently opened thread - Sometimes Merged.
    3) Hostile
    4) Violates a ToS rule
    5) Moved to another section of the forums
    6) Wind Blew the wrong way
    7) Hungry Hungry Hippos ate it

    Hey there, as some have already mentioned, threads can be moved if the discussion in them belongs in another section of the forums. Threads with players discussing a bug or something they believe to be bugged will be moved to the Bugs and Known Issues section. This helps to keep things organized in a more clear way so that other players can find and share information more easily. If it isn't in the section a player should expect it to be in, they might have a harder getting the info they need or sharing their own info on what they're experiencing with others.
