Black Iso Market Incorrectly Charges (or Incorrectly Displays Costs)

I purchased Tier 1 alpha (for example) that shows a cost of one tier three catalyst. It took a tier 4 catalyst. Same with a couple of the exchanges, which I didn't realize until I tried to upgrade and was short tier 4 basic and science catalysts. What's going on here?
