Advice on picking the right champs for AW.

I don't play a lot of AW, but after a couple of AWs, I'm trying to be smart on the approach.
Under the current AW season 33 of Current Attack Tactic, there are 3 Season Tags (Attack)
Touching each of the 3 Season Tags (Attack), are options of champs.
Some of the listed champs I have fully ranked up and some aren't.
I have only 1 full ranked champ in each of the 3 Season Tags (Attack).

I don't know whether I could just pick one from each Season Tags (Attack) or do all of the champs have to be from 1 Season Tag.
Do most ppl ignore it and just assemble any team they comfortable using?
Any advice would be appreciated!!

Typically, an organized alliance would assign you a "lane." Depending on what lane you are assigned to would give you the answer to your question. Do you have a lane you typically run?

If you want to be successful, I would stick to the same lane.
