If it wasnt fixed why did they release it again 😑
If it was broken, why would it be intentionally sent out? That's what makes it a bug.
Because they want money? If they wanted to, they very easily could’ve taken off the offer, apologized and said they would be giving compensation. Instead, the offer was re-released, and nothing was said. Maybe don’t always assume Kabam is some angel of a company who doesn’t make intentional mistakes
They already commented that they believed it was fixed. Pushing this conspiracy narrative is not helping anything.
i love when people say "conspiracy" to try and down play facts xD this isnt the US politics where you can type/say whatever and deny factual statements. facts are kabam knows it was bugged not once but rereleased and bugged again yet they expect people to blindly buy their product, and no matter what you say about people should know better, doesnt change the fact that the company should know better as well... maybe defending the problem isnt the best solution
What the facts are, are that there was a bug confirmed and reported, and was not resolved by the time the next Offer came out. It was responded to as believed to have been fixed, and was not.
this part right here is were most people such as yourself seem to just breeze by... so a company that was told of a bug... rereleases the same bug... without testing or checking the next EXACT same offer? and instead of taking it down, or reimbursing it, they simply justify it by saying its a visual bug but trust the drop rates( something kabam has also done in the past). but then again you dont care about those facts, you simply try to down play a whole issue with "conspiracy".. the MAIN point is this shouldnt be happening and better measures should be taken. unless having a working game is also a conspiracy lol
So you're going to cherry pick my comments as a rebuttal? Interesting approach.
i mean here's my approach: the original offer was bugged (did not have drop rates), and violated terms of service (did not have drop rates). they said "we're looking into it." there was no confirmation of the bug, there was no apology, no action to respond to the fact that they violated the tos, just the confirmation that someone is looking into it. it's fine that there wasn't a fix, or that the fix didn't work. but there needs to be more communication. i mean correct me if i'm wrong, but the first offer was the exact same as the second offer. neither was in accordance with the terms of service. this should've been one of their first priorities and they needed to take more action and communicate with us, the playerbase and the customers

I'll take "How many times can you say they violated terms of service?" for $1000, Alex.

as many times as it takes them to realize they violated it

Are you a representative of Google and/or Apple?
you sound like a cop who is surprised when a civilian knows their rights and they say "are you a lawyer" xD funnier when the civilian is right or in this case the costumer is right xD

When someone takes it upon themselves to personally point out a breech, repeatedly, then the question stands to reason. We're not making a citizen's arrest. We have the right to voice our issues and concerns, we have a right to notify the platforms, we have a right to refuse said Offers if Drop Rates are something we feel strongly about when making purchases. We don't have the right to enforce said breeches until they "realize they violated it".
Please just ignore him and his nonsense. He does this everytime and derails the conversation and the actual topic gets lost. He is a fool plain and simple so let’s get back to the actual facts that we know and ignore him and leave him alone in his warped reality. If you really take a moment to think he really really really isn’t worth acknowledging and engaging. He is a life drain on these forums.

A known bug. So why release it a second time?
Right. A known bug that was believed to have been fixed. Honestly, people are just assuming they put it out anyway as if they didn't care. That's an assumption. Not a fact.

You do realise they have a test server right? They have absolute control over the content that goes into this game it’s totally unacceptable for a company this big to accidentally put out a bugged Crystal they thought was fixed. It would have taken them less than 30 seconds once it was loaded onto the live server to realise it was still bugged. They saw that and decided to keep it there for the full 24 hours rather than comply with google and apple TOS and remove it.
