Who should I rank up?

I’m hoping to start Act 5 soon, but before I do I want to try and get one of my 6 stars to Rank 2. I have a 6 star Captain America (Infinity War), Mr. Negative, and a 6 star Aegon. (All Unawakened.) Who should I rank up?
