Alliance requirement for Paragon

Can you elaborate on the alliance requirement? I meet all other criteria but had to step back for this month because of work load. Past 2 AQ cycles have been Map 5 but previously I was in top 45 alliance running map 8. Will this keep me from receiving new title day 1?

If you’ve completed act 7 and have 3 rank 4 6 stars then you’ll get it day one. Nothing else matters

The comment about being in a high alliance wasn't a requirement, it was part of an explanation of what it would likely take for someone who didn't buy any deals to have 3 r4s by the time the title is released.
