When is the piggy bank "coming soon"?

I mean the event has already started... 7 hours in, still "coming soon"? When will it be available? Cause I'm considering it as an option

    Because you need to play in the arena 50 time to buy it all 5 time.

    yeah I didn't get the fact you need to at least win 10 fights in the deadpool arena to unlock the piggy bank... it kept saying "coming soon"... lol
