T3 drop rate change?

Has anyone noticed that the t3 drop rate in the daily quest is much lower then it was a month ago? I am not sure if it is just my luck, but the last 10 or so runs, I have received only 1 per 100% completion. This is not supposed to be a smash Kabam post, I am just curious if I should start expecting some good luck in real life. i.e. is it the case that my odds have been so bad here, that the law of averages will guarantee me luck in the future? Or, have drop rates been changed?

    No, the T3 drop rate is just as terrible as it has always been. Sometimes you get them, sometimes you get shards for 15 runs.

    Just today I did the daily and 100% run got me a total of 3 cats. One by shards, one for exploring and one from chest.

    It has changed a couple of months ago I would get a full formed every 100% exploration now I have to do the 200% and 3 or 4 additional runs to form a single cat from the little shard drops they give.
