Ghost Rider heal nerfed?

I feel that my GR heal isn't what it used to anymore after the recent update. He barely get any heal after heavy attack now. Anyone seeing this?

Liquid courage doesn't lower the chance of GR getting the regen, it just reduces the amount of regen

If you took him against blade then it's a 40% ability reduction. Meaning his damnations hardly occur

I thought that was what OP meant, reduced healing when he gets regen.
