Which science to r5 4* or r3 5*?

Hi, could u pls suggest who to rank? I have science awaken gem. Not sure with quake, I can’t fight with her. Added spider Gwen, she hits good and she is 5* :). I have 8 science t4cc, so anyway I need someone to rank. Also I will wait to see if new hulk is science and if he is good can wait for him, but not sure that I will get him in next half year lol.
