Who to rank?

So I recently explored Act 7, and I don't really know what to do in terms of rank ups or content. I've been considering ranking up Nebula and Colossus. Definitely won't rank CGR cause I have a r5 5* and I hate his playstyle.
Would any of you have recommendations? I have 2 Tech AGs and a Tech 3-4 gem. No suicides, though I might get them as they're becoming pretty meta.
In terms of duplicates, I have Colossus, Angela, and Hulkbuster as r5s already.
(The cosmic t5cc is cut off, I have 1/2 and whatever fragments there are)
