Abilities

• Blocking : x% chance that a block reduces all damage. Blocking : A perfect block has a x% chance to fatique the opponent, lowering their critical rating by x for 12 seconds.
  
• Fatique : Enemies under fatique suffer x% reduced ability accuracy
  
• Desperate Measures : x% chance that Cap glances the Special 3 damage of opponent using his shield avoiding x% damage.
  
• Special attack 2 : For each buff the opponent has, attack is increased by x
  
• Special Attacks : x% chance to stun opponent for x seconds. The chance to stun is increased by 40% if the opponent is under fatique.
