Also does MN need awakened? Does it help much if MN is awakened or should I save it?

Both deserve r5 but I had say Falcon first. I hope you already know what all falcon does locked on.
Mr.Negative is an amazing champion. Definitely worth r5. He benefits from his sig , it helps him but he doesn't necessarily need it . Using your AG or not depends on your roster if you have any another worthy champ for the gem or if there is any champ you need to save the gem for.
MN is a really fun to play champ with cool animations and does much crazy stuff for me. I love my r3. A really strong r4 choice , waiting for EOP.
