Namor, omega red, and gambit are able to counter electro’s damage back. Defensive ability accuracy reduction can also counter it as well as when magik crosses a bar of power. High energy resistance can mitigate the limbo damage also

Stryfe can ... he can bypass Electro and he does something for Limbo too just not sure if it's complete bypass or just a bit but he can manage them both.

non contact hits get around electro. Many champs with some, a few champs with most/all.

If you use Havok against Electro and only do medium attack (also against Korg), you will not loose HP due to Havoks medium doesn't touch the opponent.

It took this post for me to understand what was the point of DDHK reducing damage for 0.20 seconds while attacking.
