Never ever not once

I have been in game almost from the beginning. I have opened hundreds and hundreds of featured crystals. I have not once gotten the featured hero. Is it bad luck or I’m stupid and will never beat the odds. And when I say never….I mean 5-6 star. Maybe a couple 3 stars.
