Incursion sector limits

From time to time when I’m doing sector 7 and join random I’ll get a player who meets the requirements but isn’t uncollected and it’s an issue because I bring in champs good enough for the sector when they bring in champs that aren’t gonna make it all the way through I thought maybe there could be progression limits to incursions instead of just needing a certain number of 5*/6* so this problem doesn’t happen as often because it can really annoying to waste a r3 6* because a inexperienced goes to an area they aren’t prepared for
