Beta Tester issue

I'm a beta tester for the act 8.1. I received an in game email with a link to the forum to provide my feedback, but when I'm clicking it in game it opens my browser and says that I don't have permission to access it.

I'm also having a an issue when using my iPad, when I join the server from it, instead of taking me to the beta server it opens my alt account when I'm doing the same action on my Android phone I don't have issues.

I've opened a ticket with support but I've been told that it has been "escalated to an specialist" I'm sorry if this isn't the place for this, I was trying to let "Kabam" know about this situation. I'm not sure what is the best way to reach to you guys, so apologies in advance if I didn't correctly.
