A professionally run organization

The way Kabam responds to outages is symptomatic of an organization that is not professionally run. An outage of the latest nature should have a thread with updates posted with progress or lack thereof and what is next. You know, like any professional IT department. Communication from the highest level at this point after months of screw ups would be appropriate as well. I run a large organization. This is no way to run a company.
