The game is Broken! I can't play anymore, can't parry, can't use dexterity, can't heavy, can't use specials ... I think it's time to redo your input system, again...
Kabam says it's working fine on iOS but people that have iPhones are complaining as well...
I don't care about compensation, I care about the game, FIX YOUR GAME or soon you won't have anyone playing it.

    I play on iPad and iPhone. If the input system is fixed there, then I have apparently developed a spastic finger twitching tremor that does not manifest in any other aspect of my life. Utter garbage. These past 2-3 days are the worst playability I’ve seen since the input system fell apart last year.
