Don't understand this BWCV interaction

If you check out the video below (sorry for the english spelling), when BWCV does a SP2 against jugger in ROL, she gain 3 charges and on he's side the "immune" pops up... Why does she get charges? And what is jugger immune to? I am probably missing something, but I can't see what it is.

It's basically a better version of nullify

when bwcv do sp2, she will inflict buff immunity debuff to jugger, while jugger can get fury and unstoppable, so when jugger gain the buff, the buff immunity prevent it, so it count as immunity and bwcv gains charges

Thanks for the answer..but does this mean that Jugger gets 3 fury's while she's doing a SP2? He can only go unstoppable while he himself does a SP... I figured that if there's only 7% chance of him getting fury's, 3 fury's seems like a lot during a single SP2 from BWCV? That said, it's the only thing that makes sense, appreciate it mate.
