Is AW mach making now done by prestige rather than by war rating?
Looking for a official answer.

    it is base onn alliance pi .... they took away aw war rating as match making... now match making is base on your alliance Pi....
    you want get official answer from mods because they might also not be knowing about this or might be quite....

    Yeah, I'd like to make sure they know about this because if its based off of PI then AW is even more broken. Now Alli's with similar PI will be matched together, and the only thing to determine a win is defender rating. Which means all wins will be by sub 25 points.

    And the issue in match making alliances by PI is that it ignores totally the tier they are in, and what map they are going to play. That's how you get Tier 9 alliances playing upstart alliances on the Easy map. At that point it becomes a spreadsheet exercise where everyone whips out their champs defender rating, compares the two, and the victor spoils go to the alliance with the higher defender rating (ie. the one that boosted more prior to placing defense). Wars are decided before they actually begin.
