Which Champs should I focus on ranking up

These are all my 5 and 6 star champs. Which of them should I focus on ranking up first? Other than Hercules ofc lol. I am currently looking at completing the variants and 100%ing act 5 since I just became Cavalier.

    End game player here. I would rank up the following champions in order as follows:

    1. Hercules
    2. Moleman
    3. BWCV
    4. Omega Red (but only if awakened and high sig otherwise do not rank him).
    5. Spiderman (probably Stark over Stealth - only rank one up for the time being to increase roster diversity)
    6. Venom
    7. Falcon
    8. Shehulk

    Now, if you dupe Hyperion then for sure rank him up. Also, Colossus and Kingpin would fall around 3/4 if awakened.
