Move the "tag" filter above the "class" filter in the sorting & filter menu QOL

In the sort & filter menu the filter section starts with class then tier and then tags. My suggestion is to move the tag button to the top of the list. Even though it is minor, we currently have to scroll to the tags section which isn't annoying but as more content has been released and requires champions under certain tags, it would make it easier to search for those if the tag button was accessible just from pressing the filter button. Doing so would push the class and tier sections further down but would still leave all 6 class buttons available on the opening screen (I think). It would also push the tier section down, but we also currently have to scroll to reach anything above a 2* anyway. Could also reverse the order of the tier section to start at 6* and descend instead of ascending from 1* as it currently is. For that it could be a toggle by tapping the word "tier" in the menu and have it change from ascending to descending. Overall, this is just a small QOL suggestion that would make it easier to access the tags button to find our champions!
