He is a top cosmic champ (at least top 3) his sig at 20 is good id say unless you have herc or corves go ahead and rank him... after all he is the o.g. perry heavy champ

He’s much easier to manage with any sig level, but any the various synergies that extend fury’s can help (capIF and Gamora probably least painful).
