OG Storm not pausing prowess

After Storm’s buff she had a lot of bugs, one that has remained is her ability to pause all prowess buffs. It seems to ONLY work if both heavy attack hits do not crit.
“ Heavy Attacks:
While charging or launching a Heavy Attack, all Prowess effects on Storm are Paused. Knocking the opponent down with this attack Pauses all Prowess effects on Storm for 10 seconds”

The first video is her heavy pausing the buffs while holding heavy, but once the heavy lands the pausing stops because she crit. You will notice even the older buffs are expiring immediately after instead of waiting 10 seconds.
The second video is her heavy without crits, which you will notice the buffs pause both during the heavy and once it is landed for 10 seconds.
