Diablo's prefight os broken?

I was fighting in act. 7.3.3, on the lane with the stunning reflection node. I was using diablo and i activated his prefight that grants him stun immunity. But when the match started and i did a parry, i was stunned (also if i should have the stun immunity......).
It is a diablo's bug or something i don t know?

    That purple looking thing you get during and after a special is called philosopher’s mix. And the mix is what grants you the pre-fight abilities while the mix is up. So on sp1 activation, you get 8 seconds. 2, 16 seconds. 3, 24 seconds. You can stack these too so if you play your cards right you CAN go the whole fight stun immune etc, but it requires special spamming
