I have two alliances, about to start a 3rd so that we will have an AQ-focused alliance that only runs 1 or 2 BG wars, an alliance that does a competitive mix of both, as well as a chill alliance for folks not wanting to go as hard. My track record of running a competitive, organized alliance that players enjoy being in is top-tier, but I need the right folks alongside me to make it work.
