Why am I not gaining Placebo Buffs

I’ve landed 36 hits and haven’t triggered one on myself yet. Is Tigra’s Neutralize essentially reversing itself?

    Yes but the NODE is Dormammus ability. You are reducing the ability for him to GIVE the buff.

    Her unblockable on specials also won't trigger mystic dispersion or mojo's degen, but they'll trigger miss-tic dispersion and dorm's degen.

    As much as I enjoy this game, I cannot say that it's very consistent.

    -100% buff AA when neutralized. This includes nodes placing buffs on you (like icarus)

    mystic dispersion requires the buff to run out a timer or be nullfied. Same for MoJo

    As for dorm i think it's a case of him being old and them not updating it like they did with MD
