Additional utility for DOT

So just like poison, incinerate, and coldsnap have their additional effects, what would you like to have fit bleed, shock, degen and ruptures

Bleed lowers physical resistance
Shock lowers energy resistance
Degen reduces attack rating
Ruptures are like taunt

I think those are cool ideas on paper but I don't think I'd want such a change implemented. It would be a hassle to have to re-learn what all of the different champions can do if they suddenly get a burst of additional utility. It would also necessitate an enormous rebalancing of champions.

For example, Nebula would be insane if all of her shocks added a stacking energy resistance reduction. Same thing with champs that apply a lot of bleeds, like Nick Fury. I can't imagine that it could stay that way without Kabam having a massive balancing task in front of them. Given that they are seemingly struggling with buffing/balancing champs as is, I wouldn't want them to be even more overburdened.

On the player side, the whole suicide system would be disrupted by you having lowered physical resistance during the first portion of the fight. That would make you even weaker, with no benefit to you. That would suck.

But as I said, it's a nice idea. I just don't think it's very practical.

I don’t want to stop using Bishop and Havok against Energy Adoption Shock
