What does it mean for Warlock and AA?

I wanted help from community to understand why this would matter for Kabam. Also what would this mean for Warlock and AA?? Would not Warlock work(i.e. gain furies) in cav eq where there are conditions around heal blocking opponents? Are there any other nodes etc which would now treat these champs differently for blocking healing? Please comment. Thanks!
