Will people that completed the content before the changes get a compensation package similar to when the previous acts were changed. For instance, for the energy cost reduction will players who completed the content prior to the changes receive a package that includes energy revives. Nothing massive just a healthy stack.

No. Stop asking. You got meta-relevant rewards for doing it when you did it. Rewards now are not relevant so this adjustment to the cost (if they do it right) will help.

They gave out energy revives for the past changes, what difference does it make now. I'm not asking for 6-star nexus crystals. It's literally just energy revives.
