An idea

Hello Kabam and fellow community members,
I was thinking earlier today how nice it would be if there was weekly or bi-weekly post from Kabam as they go about (working on resolving issues, preparing new concepts, etc...) where we the fans could not only see how processes work when either making or fixing something, but also a way for us to give our honest advice.
I know this may sound similar to the Dev Diaries, but I believe the huge difference is the element of us being able to send our advice, comments, etc. I believe this would provide transparency for us the players and good dialogue to help improve the game long term.
Kabam I know you are currently addressing the two major issues as is stated via the green box on the forum, but please take this into consideration as I believe you as a company, as individuals and us the community would all benefit.
Respectfully,
BowTieJohn

I just would personally be excited to have something like I tried describing in the post. I think it would be a good service and provide an exciting opportunity for the long term success of the game.
But honestly, I would love to see a lot more behind-the-scenes stuff and to really get an idea of how much work they have to put in to do these things.
When they did the development and behind-the-scenes on Hercules last year, I gained a greater level of appreciation for all the hard work these people do because it's something that looks so easy like it's a cartoon for me to just watch and enjoy but at the same time it's a video game, this is how they do it and these are how these things are done.
Thank you @Shadowstrike!
On multiple occasions I've had back and forth discussions with people on these threads trying to explain to them that even though they want something or someone adding to the game, there is a valid reason why we don't have it people don't want to hear that, because it's a lot easier to just see things from a perspective that Kabam is this great evil empire who cares nothing for the wants and desires of its consumers, rather than see that they are a company that has both a lot of success but at the moment a lot of struggle because staffing issues or because operating systems aren't working as they should be, etc etc but again nobody wants to hear that.
I also enjoyed our conversation.
